How To Migrate From The Self-Managed FTP Backup To File Storage
File Storage replaced FTP backups as an off-server backup service for our Self-Managed customers. In a few steps you are able to manually migrate your data.

1. Sign up to haimsait Control Panel.
2. Activate File Storage on a Self-Managed Server (This may be the same Self-Managed Server where you already have FTP Backups activated in konsoleH, or it may be another Self-Managed Server).
3. Download all the content from the FTP server connected to your Self-Managed Server, and upload it again to the File Storage server using any of the allowed protocols.
4. Should you no longer require the data on the FTP backups server or you have already moved your data, please inform the Server and Colocation team and we will delete this and deactivate the account for you.
haimsait does not provide any mechanisms/tools for customers to assist with migration of data from FTP Backup to File Storage.
