In order to transfer your email and/or website to us, you need to cancel your hosting service with your current provider.

  2. The request must originate from the email address listed on your account and include your customer code. Cancellation requests originating from an alternative email address will be ignored

  2. Log in with your email address and password and follow the cancellation procedure.
  3. There will be a 30 day notice period before haimsait may submit the transfer ticket.
  4. Make a follow-up call to the cancellations department to ensure that the cancellation request has been received and processed.

  1. You have to give 1 month’s calendar notice for the cancellation of services and the below steps have to be followed.
  2. Log in to the client area
  3. Click on the link in the top navigation called ‘Services’
  4. Locate the service you want to cancel and click on the view details icon on the right-hand side
  5. Click on the button at the bottom of that page called ‘Request Cancellation’
  6. Briefly describe your reason for Cancellation
  7. Choose Cancellation Type, ‘Immediate’ or ‘End of Billing Period’.
  8. Please note that even if you choose Immediately you are still liable for payment till the end of the billing period. Snowball has a 30-day cancellation policy.
  9. Select the ‘Request Cancellation’ button
  10. Make a follow-up call to the cancellations department to ensure that the cancellation request has been received and processed.
